SFP+ 10G BIDI 40KM optical transceiver module, support 10Gb/s and up to 40 km transmission on one core fiber. It works in high-speed IDC connection solutions, 5G network front-haul solution, network switch, PTN, OTN and so on.

10Gb 40km BiDi SFP+ Transceiver, Hot Pluggable, Single LC, +3.3V, 1270nm /1330nm CWDM DFB, DDM
FIBERWDM’ RSPD-10GBD40-2733 & RSPD-10GBD40-3327 10G BIDI 40KM SFP+ transceivers are compliant with the current SFP+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Specification. They comply with 10GBASE-LR/LW Ethernet, SONET OC-192 / SDH and10G Fibre Channel 1200-SM-LL-L. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in the SFP+ MSA.

Note 1) TD+/- are internally AC coupled with 100Ω differential termination inside the module.
Note 2) Tx Fault and Rx LOS are open collector outputs, which should be pulled up with 4.7k to 10kΩ resistors on the host board. Pull up voltage between 2.0V and Vcc+0.3V.
Note 3) RD+/- outputs are internally AC coupled, and should be terminated with 100Ω (differential) at the user SERDES.
